Delivery and activation had no hitch. Receiving calls is simple. The problem is making calls – quite tedious! You have to dial a local state-side number, wait for a prompt and dial the number you want to call. It means you have to have the number listed somewhere other than your phone. It’s not worth the savings you might otherwise have.
Addendum: Now that I have used this for a while, calling out is easier than their instructions stated. I left wondering – were the instructions just dated or by design?

Great! Fast internet and fast delivery. Only negative thing was that number i got did receive lots of strange phone calls + sms

Activation and use very easy. Used in Calgary through to Vancouver, took onto cruise through Alaska, had no problems at all ports, even prior to docking. Had one problem calling back to Australia, but was emailed back within half an hour with solution. Definitely use on next trip.
